Unkempt. Almost no grass in fairway. First tee is located by a pond that pumps in very stinky "reclaimed" water used to water the grounds. They try to fill and use it at night but it's pretty bad so if you tee off at the right time or in the heat , or if it's rained recently it's nasty! Although this is a residentially located course, most players don't understand the difference and the volunteers that run this course don't either. There are no residential rules posted, just general golf course rules. So there are LOTS of unskilled players doing stupid things like teeing off when others are on the course; yelling cheers; tossing their trash along the way. Lots of heavy drinkers!! Be warned. There is no management, just volunteers who are very defensive and closed-minded. Aditionally, these volunteers have chosen NOT to work with the property owners that line or are even a block off the course and suffer fallout from these rowdy players. Between the uneven terrain and the bad relationship they have developed within the community, I would not feel safe playing this course. Even tho it is cheap to free. If no one is in the office you can play free. Also, after 5pm it's free, so you can get the full 9 in before dark in the warmer months. When I asked about playong after hours I was told it's okay cuz there's nothing they can do about it anyway. Like I said, no management in place. No sense of pride. A sad commentary on what used to be a classy game!

Challenging little par 29 nine hole course. Greens are excellent, but fairways in the summer are patchy. Nice track for the money.

The golf course is an excellent amenity to residents. Live close by - play close by.

Great golf course that demands accuracy. Great to play year round.
