The course is well groomed. Slight imperfections here and there. However, the price is great! It was a very challenging and narrow, great golf day for the beach trip. The Goat Island orange blood was a refreshing beer at the clubhouse! Staff was really friendly. Golf carts had great yardage tech on it! Really helped on some deceiving holes.

Stayed for a week in April. Clean and quiet. Residential with some snowbirds. Executive course that is a challenge with water and narrow fairways. New adult only pool. One wish would be to heat the family pool as March and April is iffy to warm. However, no complaints as we had a tremendous time.

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE 0 STARS… ONE CLUB IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I’VE EVER SEEN. The dryer is a piece of junk, the A/C never works, the ice maker is worthless, and maintenance is a complete joke. You can call a hundred times and NOBODY shows up. They take your money and do NOTHING. The staff? RUDE, HATEFUL, and completely useless. They walk around acting high and mighty like they’re better than everyone, when in reality they can’t even keep basic appliances working. The whole place feels like some fake southern church cult — judgmental, nasty, and full of miserable people who shouldn’t be in charge of anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Save yourself the stress. This place is TRASH, the people are TRASH, and you’ll regret ever signing a lease. I wouldn’t recommend One Club to ANYONE — not even my worst enemy.

Nice course but small. Over reach on dress code. Craft farms, peninsula better for money. Foley better for small course. After 5 can't wear golf hat in bar. It's not the Ritz. Id rather enjoy the better courses in area.

Absolutely beautiful course. Workers were very friendly and helpful. I paid $25 for 9 holes and it was worth every penny. I will definitely be playing this course again!
